Deity's KPI
Xiaoyu, an intern deity, consistently failed to meet her "human prayer KPIs" until she merged the powers of the God of Wealth, the Old Man of the Moon, and the God of Literature, launching a "cross-world wishing package." This caused chaos in the laws of cause and effect in the human world, and she must restore everything before the next financial report is released.
The Great Living Room Escape
On a bright, sunny afternoon, little cat Mango, his older sister Luna, and the puppy Max were playing in the living room. By chance, they discovered that the usually tightly closed front door was slightly ajar. The tempting light and scents from outside drew them in. Driven by curiosity, and even though they knew it wasn’t allowed, the three little pets egged each other on and quietly slipped out through the door, stepping into the wide and wondrous world beyond.
The street outside filled them with excitement. They chased butterflies, sniffed flowers, and eagerly explored this fresh, new environment. But their fun was quickly interrupted when a man with bad intentions noticed them and tried to grab them. At the critical moment, they cleverly darted into a gap in the roadside bushes. Though they managed to escape, they soon realized they were in a completely unfamiliar place—they were lost. As the sky grew darker, uneasiness and fear began to spread in their hearts.
Just when the three little pets were exhausted, frightened, and on the verge of despair, a kind little bird named Sam appeared. After hearing about their situation and the features of their home, Sam—who knew the area very well—decided to act as their guide. It led them through unfamiliar streets and past tempting places, heading steadily in the direction of home.
With Sam’s help, they finally saw their familiar blue front door and the big oak tree in the yard. Overjoyed, they ran back home and found that Mom had been terribly worried because they were missing. Seeing her little ones return safely, she breathed a huge sigh of relief and pulled them into a tight hug. Surrounded by her warm love, extra treats, and the cozy atmosphere of home, they felt an incomparable sense of safety and happiness.
After their thrilling adventure, the three little pets snuggled up by Mom’s side, replaying the day’s events in their minds. They all agreed that although adventures outside were exciting, there was no place in the world better than home. Satisfied, they concluded that next time, they would rather just play safely with that crinkly ball of tissue. Under the quiet moonlight, they rested peacefully in the place they cherished most—home.
Magic Book
A fingertip brushes across the dust-covered cover of an ancient book, its title long since worn away. During a midnight shift, a young librarian curiously opens its blank pages. Her face, filled with terror and excitement, is lit by the faint glow emerging from the book. By accident, she imagines a “butterfly,” and from the book bursts a sky full of glowing, fantastical creatures. A dark figure storms into the library, intent on seizing the mysterious book. In a panic, she writes “the ground turns into an ocean” inside the book, and in an instant the library floor is flooded with seawater. She and the shadowy intruder both float in the water, while the book, shining with irresistible light, drifts with the waves.
Hear Your Voice
On a rainy night, a finger gently turns the tuning knob of an old radio. Indoors, the heroine sits by the window hugging her knees, listening to the warm male voice coming from the station. In the radio studio, the male lead is on air, reading a letter from an “anonymous listener.” She writes her reply on a sticky note and slips it into the public mailbox at the street corner. In different places, the two of them are doing similar things—drinking the same brand of coffee, reading the same book. On the show, the male lead makes an invitation: “Tomorrow at three in the afternoon, by the fountain in the central park, I want to meet you.” In the park under a torrential downpour, each of them stands with an umbrella, and they recognize each other across the fountain. The two umbrellas are thrown aside; the camera tilts up as they embrace in the rain.
